Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages Magic Memories Company LLC is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at mike@magicmemoriesco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can work with you on a resolution.
